SENATE BILL NO. 132 "An Act relating to complaints filed with,                                      
investigations, hearings, and orders of, and the interest rate on awards                            
of the State Commission for Human Rights; making conforming                                         
amendments; and providing for an effective date" was read the second                                
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated SENATE BILL NO. 132 will be on the April                                   
20 calendar.
